By creating an account or using any part of the Drip platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Service. Drip reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Drip is an AI-powered personal styling platform that provides features including wardrobe management, AI outfit generation, colour analysis, style profiling, capsule wardrobe building, and shopping recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. AI-generated suggestions are for informational and styling purposes only and do not constitute professional fashion, medical, or financial advice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Drip. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@drip.style of any unauthorized use of your account. Drip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. You may not transfer your account to any other person or entity.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Drip, including wardrobe photos, profile images, and personal style data ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Drip a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your User Content to third parties. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
Drip uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions, style recommendations, colour analysis, and shopping links. These outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances. AI suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. Drip does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations. Shopping links are provided as suggestions; we do not guarantee availability, pricing, or quality of third-party products.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is harmful, offensive, misleading, or infringes any third-party rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service; (d) use automated tools to access the Service without our written consent; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
All content, features, and functionality of Drip — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by Drip and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The Drip name, logo, and tagline "Style that knows you." are trademarks of Drip.
Drip integrates with third-party services including Supabase (data storage), Anthropic (AI processing), and others. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. Shopping recommendations may contain links to external retailers; we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DRIP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DRIP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Drip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, which will result in the deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
